Carmen Luisas nephew plays football in the Alto BioBio. Winter is extremely hard, the snow shuts down any connection to other places. The inhabitants have to order their food for the next three month in order to survive. Promises by Endesa to build better houses were broken. Unemployment, alcoholism and loss of tradition are the severe consequences, that lead to an alarming rise of suicide.
