City Light

Light is the life of the city, said a famous architect. 'City Light' is a visual exploration of the complex and fascinating relationships between light, the city, and the people who bring it to life. It is a visual journey through the streets of cities where light transforms into a vital force, shaping the urban environment and the people who inhabit it. Each photograph represents a fragment of life where harsh lights and deep shadows intertwine and coexist. 'City Light' pays homage to city life, its nuances, and contradictions. The light reveals both seemingly ordered chaos and solitude, frenetic energy, and contemplative tranquility. It is an ongoing project that gathers three years' worth of images taken in the streets of Sondrio, the city where I live, Milan, and some cities in Spain.
