This work explores how family emotional codependency is passed on through generations. From a male perspective, I experienced the emotional transition between ages in different generations (my grandmother, my mother, and my partner). The subjects of this project are my grandmother, who raised me as a child, and my partner, whom I met as an adult. The centre of my life changes with the people with me and the time I spend with them, yet nothing will be lost. I tried to use jewelry and flowers, combined with posture and texture, to manifest how emotions flew through time. Since the future is still undetermined, and identities might still change, this is still a work in progress. I will continue to observe how emotions evolve in the context of family. The many emotional shifts in family relations can be a miniature version of this observation.
