Mauricio Holc (b. 1988, Argentina) is an award-winning queer visual storyteller whose work bridges documentary, portrait, and fashion photography. Through a poetic analog gaze, he explores the intersections of identity, territory, and nature, often weaving his homeland's biodiversity into his narratives and reflecting a deep process of self-discovery and deconstruction. He studied film and photography at the UNAM (Universidad Nacional de Misiones), Holc oversees his entire creative process in the darkroom, from development to handmade prints. His work has been exhibited internationally, selected for the PhotoVogue Festival (2023, 2025), nominated twice as an Emerging Fashion Photographer of the year at the Latin American Fashion Awards and recognized as a winner at the 2025 Sony World Photography Awards (Latin American Professional competition).
