I am African American, born in Texas but lucky to have lived in several diverse cities in the US such as Denver, Seattle, Honolulu and San Francisco. I immigrated to the UK 8 years ago and now call the London my home.
My father introduced me to photography as a young boy. He was a keen amateur photographer who explored photography through his travels while serving in the US Air Force. I came to appreciate photography as an art form later in life after I discovered the works of Gordon Parks and Ansel Adams.
I received a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington in Seattle.
