Chris Barrett is a British photojournalist and researcher based in the UK, specializing in China and Far East issues. He splits his time working on long form news stories and more conceptual related projects. He has previously lived and worked in China and South Korea having had work featured on the BBC, Telegraph and The Guardian websites while also providing research and material to the Thomson Reuters Foundation. He also contributes to the online North Korea specialist news and analysis website NK News.
Chris has previously worked for the photographic self publishing project called SP,BH - Self Publish, Be Happy. He has also assisted photo agency Majority World on their photographic supply team and other areas within the agency.
