Vivette, Beyond the Secret River.

This series of digital art images focuses on a character called Vivette, the beloved only child who’s parents are overwhelmed by fear of the outside world and so keep her cocooned in her home that she longs to escape. I photographed hundreds of cormorants, built all the architecture with layers of photographs and made all the costumes. These are 4 from a series of 12 images.
