GENOGRAM

These images are chosen from a series of photographs that I am working on today, called “Genogram”. I am exploring the past and the environment I grew up, the families I come from, and the relationships that existed among the members. It is a way of observing, understanding and accepting my circle of life and the differences that occur both in the personal and the broader level. I create images by combining childhood realizations and memories, narrations, photographs, documents, objects and clothes that have left me with an impression and still exist in my parent’s house or that I have carried along with me for sentimental reasons.
