This project explores the fluid boundary between memory and reality, where the act of recalling the past reshapes the present. By weaving fragmented memories into representations of real life, I construct a space where fiction and reality coexist, overlap, and blur. In this process, memories are not merely recollections, but factors that influence how reality is perceived and understood.
By layering images drawn from different time periods and emotional states, I construct a version of truth that remains unfinished. It is constantly shifting, unstable, and open to reinterpretation. The project reflects on the fragile nature of identity and the elusive quality of what we call “reality.”
Instead of presenting a linear narrative, I embrace the contradictions and silences between memory and the present moment. In doing so, I reveal how personal history and imagination shape, and sometimes distort, our perception of the world around us.
