Beach Huts of Paignton

Every year in April Paignton, a small and popular seaside town in the Southwest of England, brings its beach huts out of storage, repaints them, places along the promenades of the town’s beaches and rents them to locals and holidaymakers. The huts are brightly coloured and often customised by those who use them. This set is a selection from a project about the huts and the people who use them. The project is currently in progress
