Living with yourself

I started suffer from anxiety and daily panic attacks back in 2012. In 2013 I wanted to try and create images that would show my internal turmoil. I was waking up sick not eating and losing weight I felt like I was going to collapse and die at any moment. I visually expressed my anxiety by turning the camera on myself. Anxiety is a monster that will effect all aspects of your life. This project allowed me to document myself falling apart and see how I had become my own worst enemy.
